Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Senior Consultants to join a new delivery launch services team supporting a confidential hyperscale data center client. The role manages the transition of each signed deal from lease execution through to construction mobilization.

The ideal individual will be experienced in preconstruction management, project handover, and stakeholder management on data center, mission critical, or comparable complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Data center delivery, preconstruction, or development background preferred.
• Ability to lead meetings with senior stakeholders and secure actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal intake and handover check with pre-lease team and client requirements.
• Co-lead project launch on site with client project lead and assign actions.
• Coordinate baseline schedule and cost reviews and translate findings to the site baseline.
• Drive open items from due diligence to documented closure within the launch window.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and designer interface through mobilization.
• Maintain the action log and produce milestone reporting inputs.
• Interface with developer, client lead, and internal specialists daily.
• Transfer each site to onsite delivery at mobilization with baseline and risk records.
• Contribute to developing handover checks, launch formats, and reporting standards.
