The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
