Qualifications

• 8+ years of HVAC design experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Layout and design HVAC systems for data centers and heavy industrial facilities.
• Develop design criteria and P&IDs; size equipment and prepare construction design documents.
• Mentor junior staff and lead building mechanical teams.
• Ensure schedule and technical quality across multiple projects.
