Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HVAC design.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to lead a building mechanical team and collaborate with remote team members.

Responsibilities

• Layout and design HVAC systems for data centers and other clients.
• Develop design criteria, sizing calculations, and P&IDs.
• Create final construction documents including specifications and sequences of operation.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Interface with clients and vendors to ensure design goals are met.
