Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of client-facing, direct customer support and service, data center, or related field experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent with 4 years related experience.
• Associate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field with 3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for others to work with servers and hardware to ensure lifecycle performance.
• Mentor technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Guide network configuration, installation, and augmentation; review client configurations.
• Validate cabling and connectivity; ensure devices are connected and error-free.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing environment; escalate trends within SLAs.
• Ensure SOP/MOP compliance and site rules during on-site tasks.
• Lead collaboration with vendors and project teams to test installations and performance.
