Job summary

Google's Strategic Negotiation team seeks a Senior Strategic Negotiator to lead complex energy supply formations and commercial structuring for data center infrastructure. You will work across teams to negotiate PPAs, microgrid agreements, and utility energy supply contracts, delivering cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in energy project development, utility procurement, or finance/consulting roles.
• 10 years of experience developing or structuring power purchase agreements for the use of Microgrids, Behind-the-Meter (BTM) power agreements, gas turbines, BESS, fuel cell or geothermal energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex energy supply formation and commercial structuring, including behind-the-meter clean baseload energy agreements involving Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with energy suppliers, microgrid agreements, as well as utility energy supply agreements including special tariff development and sleeving structures.
