Job summary

HDR Engineering is seeking an Electrical/Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Data Center and Mission Critical team in multiple locations. You will design projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, PMs, architects and other disciplines to deliver high-quality electrical systems.

This role emphasizes mentoring junior engineers, leading technical discussions, and ensuring construction-quality documentation and conformity with codes across diverse projects in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
• PE license required (Professional Engineer).
• Experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting, power, systems).
• Master's degree and data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for data center/mission critical projects.
• Mentor and grow junior engineers; coordinate multi-discipline team.
• Develop feasibility reports, construction documents, specifications, calculations; manage RFIs and shop drawings.
• Support construction with field observations and site reviews; ensure code compliance.
