QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction) to support design, preconstruction and field activities across campus projects. You will interact with Facilities, Contractors, Designers and Operations teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of critical data center facilities.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong MS Office skills and US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for program updates and budgets.
• US Citizenship required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campus projects.
• Prepare monthly development program and project status reports for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, design and construction teams on master development program and capital budget.
• Assist with entitlement and permitting needs for assigned site projects.
