QTS is seeking a Senior Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction MEPR) in Fayetteville, GA to support design, preconstruction and construction activities on key campus projects. You will collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers and Vendors to advance development programs and budgets.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management and 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong MS Office capabilities and communication skills for executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in commercial construction with multiple delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for updates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day to day activities and responsibilities.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for each project.
• Prepare monthly updates for executive level reviews.
