Job summary

QTS is seeking a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on campus projects. You will collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents and Vendors to manage scope, budgets and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Science/Engineering with 8+ years in commercial construction, strong MS Office skills and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in commercial construction practices and procedures across delivery methods.
• Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.
• Ability to travel as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules and status reports for each campus project.
• Prepare executive-level updates and presentations on program status.
• Develop master development programs and campus design solutions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate entitlements, permitting, procurement and cost estimates.
• Review pay applications and change orders with contractors.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams on deal solutions.
