Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Development Project Engineer in Fayetteville, Georgia. This role is crucial for managing design and construction activities on multiple data center projects.

The ideal candidate will assist in budgeting, scheduling, and communication with contractors and project teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required, along with five+ years of commercial construction experience.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build delivery methods.
• US Citizenship is required due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for projects.
• Work with QTS stakeholders to develop and manage project designs.
