Job summary

Equinix in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Data Center Customer Operations Technician IV to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support within our data centers. You will own complex customer requests, drive timely resolution, and ensure delivery of critical infrastructure services while coordinating with internal teams.

You will troubleshoot complex challenges, mentor less experienced staff, and lead or support initiatives that improve customer experience and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations or equivalent critical infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work ability.
• Experience handling complex customer requests and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cabling, cross-connects, and power infrastructure best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill complex, time-sensitive customer requests with a focus on quality.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate installations, de-installations, and modifications of cabinets, cross-connects, and power services.
• Lead or support initiatives to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Mentor less experienced team members and collaborate with internal teams.
