• Ensures reporting is complete and accurate; supports ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Maintains detailed written records of all work activity.
• Updates local asset databases and other systems.
• Supports and coordinates Data Center installations and cross-connect work.
• Assists with testing and troubleshooting of network and circuit issues.
• Provides on-site customer support and access control facilitation.
