Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations or critical infrastructure environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, cross-connects, power infrastructure, and data center best practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill complex, time-sensitive customer requests with focus on quality and satisfaction.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate installations, de-installations, and modifications of cabinets, cages, cross-connects, power services, and cable containment.
• Deliver Smart Hands support and assist customers with equipment, connectivity, and infrastructure needs.
• Prioritize multiple requests and projects while meeting service level commitments.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve operational and technical challenges.
• Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to procedures.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Lead or facilitate operational activities to improve customer experience.
