McKinstry in Seattle, WA is hiring a Senior Data Center Construction Account Executive to lead high-complexity sales and large contracts within the Data Center Innovations division. You will develop business, craft accurate estimates, build market strategies, and coordinate with the Business Unit Manager to ensure successful project execution while mentoring junior account staff.

You will manage key client relationships, interpret contracts and proposals, and work with industry leaders to expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business experience.
• 7 years of experience with a mechanical or electrical construction contractor.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals and estimates.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SharePoint knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a percentage of annual sales and develop market strategies.
• Produce accurate estimates and quality proposals per McKinstry guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Business Unit Manager to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and client organizations.
