Job summary

McKinstry in Pasco, WA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Data Center Construction to oversee delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout, with responsibility for fiscal performance, technical quality and stakeholder coordination, on-site leadership of coordination with clients, subcontractors and trades.

Requires a BA/BS in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or comparable degree, and about 2 years in a Project

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor degree in a relevant field and 2+ years in a Project Engineer role.
• Knowledge of construction management and commercial building processes.
• Experience on large data center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of trades; manage project fiscal performance.
• Prepare and review project submittals, RFIs, and cost logs; assist with monthly accounting reviews.
