Job summary

McKinstry is expanding its Data Center Innovations division and seeks a Senior Account Executive to manage complex sales projects and large contracts in Spokane, WA. You will lead client relationships, develop proposals, and drive market strategies with a focus on delivery and profitability.

The role requires seven years in mechanical/electrical construction, five years leading and closing sales, and strong reading of plans, specs, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent required.
• Seven (7) years of experience with a mechanical or electrical construction contractor.
• Five (5) years of experience leading and closing sales.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals and estimates.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portion of annual sales and drives new business.
• Produces accurate estimates and quality proposals.
• Builds and executes market strategies.
• Coordinates with Business Unit Manager for project execution.
• Develops and maintains client relationships.
