Job summary

McKinstry is expanding its Data Center Innovations division and seeks an Account Executive to join our Spokane, WA team. You will oversee large, complex projects, set execution strategies, lead teams, and manage client communications and finances.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional coordination, schedule adherence, and staff development, with opportunities to contribute to sales and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project management within construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software, SharePoint, and codes.
• CPM designations or low voltage systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large projects, set strategies and goals for execution.
• Lead project teams and coordinate across departments.
• Manage project finances, reporting, and policy compliance.
• Process client invoicing, budgets, and change orders.
• Ensure on‑time project completion and schedule adherence.
• Coach staff and foster strong field relationships.
• Support sales and client financials on assigned projects.
