Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Account Executive to manage high-complexity sales projects, client relationships and larger contracts. You will develop market strategies, coordinate with the Business Unit Manager and lead proposals and estimates in line with McKinstry guidelines.

You’ll build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, support project financials and contracts, and mentor Account Executives to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/engineering/construction management or equivalent.
• Seven years of experience with a mechanical or electrical construction contractor.
• Five years of experience leading and closing sales.
• Knowledge of conceptual estimating is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages high-complexity sales projects and client relationships.
• Produces accurate estimates and quality proposals.
• Coordinates with Business Unit Manager to ensure successful project execution.
