We are expanding our Data Center Innovations division and are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will assume higher complexity sales projects, client relationships, and larger contracts. Key responsibilities include:
Effectively manages a percentage of the annual sales based on department needs.
Produces accurate estimates, assembles quality proposals and demonstrates good written communication skills utilizing McKinstry guidelines and proposal formats.
Builds and owns market strategies. Includes SWOT analysis, competitive analysis and vertical market and horizontal offering strategies.
Coordinates with Business Unit Manager to ensure successful execution of projects.
Assists with managerial functions. Includes hiring, coaching and separations.
Supports the development of Account Executive to ensure the successful achievement of business goals.
Gives feedback and recommendations to the Director of Business Development to conduct performance evaluations.
Builds and maintains relationships with industry leaders, associations and organizations in regional or vertical markets.
Provides support to the customer with regards to projects financial, contractual and technical issues.
Works with a large client base including the owner and business leaders for the company.
Takes ownership of accounts as assigned by Business Development Director.

The pay range for this position is $105,030 - $166,950 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
