Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is looking for a detail-oriented Preconstruction Manager to support upcoming project deployments across various sites in the United States, particularly focusing on Phoenix, AZ. This role is integral to guiding business-level decisions around capital expenditures and involves working closely with various teams to ensure project cost accuracy and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of relevant experience, including a degree in Construction Management or a similar discipline, and have strong knowledge in data center construction budgeting as well as proficiency in cost estimating software.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong management skills and ability to lead budgeting efforts.
• Familiarity with construction and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas for new sites.
• Create cost studies and ensure accurate project cost accounting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assess project risks.
