Job summary

CoreSite, LLC, a leading colocation data center company, seeks an Operations Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital and operational projects in active data centers. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety while coordinating with cross-functional teams to protect customer environments and ensure reliability.

Experience in data center construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing construction in operating data centers is required.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoffs and meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure live data center operations remain uninterrupted.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, and construction activities.
• Prepare as-built docs and closeout files.
