Job summary

CoreSite, a leading data center provider, seeks an Operations Construction Project Manager for the West Region (Finance). You will lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects in active data centers, ensuring safe operations, reliability, and cost control while coordinating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing construction in operating, mission critical facilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction projects in active data centers.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk across portfolios.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Design & Construction, Finance and Procurement.
• Ensure live environment considerations are incorporated in all plans.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and final cost reconciliation.
