Job summary

CoreSite, LLC is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects within active data centers. You will coordinate with site operations, engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant project delivery.

The role requires disciplined project management, strong technical judgment, and the ability to balance scope, cost, and schedule while minimizing disruption to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing construction in operating, mission critical facilities is required; data center experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects within active data centers.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and operational readiness across multiple projects.
