Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects inside active data centers. You will coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring safety and reliability while minimizing disruption to customers.

The role requires five or more years in commercial construction project management within operating facilities, with experience in MEP/CSA scopes for data centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial construction project management experience in operating facilities.
• Experience managing MEP and CSA scopes in data centers.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Demonstrated budgeting, cost forecasting, and change-management skills.
• Travel 50% or more to CoreSite markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects within active data centers.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Ensure safety and minimize disruption to live environments during construction.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple projects.
• Provide routine executive status reports and project documentation.
