Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction practices.
• Management of Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain budgets.
• Create and communicate updates on program status monthly.
• Work with stakeholders to create a master development program.
