Job summary

Vantage Data Centers, based onsite at one of our locations, leads development, design, permitting, and all construction aspects for new data center projects. You will manage multiple teams, align projects with strategic objectives, and collaborate across sales to ensure client requirements are met.

The Senior Construction Projects Director oversees budgeting, forecasting, and quality control, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with design criteria, codes, and lease terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 10–12 years in a management role; 12–15 years preferred.
• Complex and technical construction experience required.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• CSA/MEP construction management experience required.
• MS Office and project management tools (MS Project or P6) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of construction from master planning to closeout.
• Create and manage project budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and drive project integration.
• Manage direct reports and third‑party project resources.
• Ensure data center spaces meet requirements (BOD, specs, code, lease).
• Review monthly bills and ensure substantiation against budget.
