Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Ashburn, VA seeks a VP, Project Manager for Data Centers to lead complex, fast-track programs delivering mission-critical infrastructure. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction while guiding project teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and hands-on execution, with travel up to 50% as needed. You will mentor staff, drive risk mitigation, and ensure safety, quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in data center construction.
• Experience leading large-scale ($50M+), technically complex projects with demanding schedules.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing project financials, procurement activities, and contract execution.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems, power and cooling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
• Generate solutions for project risks and escalations through coordination of support resources.
• Lead planning, procurement coordination, financial oversight and contract administration.
• Provide people management, performance development and mentorship for project staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance across projects and teams.
