Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a confidential Boyers, PA data-center project. This onsite role leads complex delivery, coordinating PMs, engineers and vendors to meet aggressive cost/schedule targets.

You will manage GMP/NTE budgets, ROM estimates, and pay applications, while ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction on high-profile engagements. This requires 8+ years in mission-critical delivery and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in data center or mission-critical project management.
• Experience with GMP/NTE contracts and large-scale delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data center projects.
• Direct PMs, APMs and coordinators to ensure on-time, on-budget results.
• Own procurement, RFPs, and vendor contracting activities.
• Provide executive reporting and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure QA, commissioning, and safety compliance.
