Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced Project Manager for data center projects. You will drive delivery of complex, fast-track data center initiatives, coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution according to JLL standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction or facilities management, a bachelor’s in CM or engineering, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, proficiency with Procore and MS Office, and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in construction, facilities, or project management; data center exposure preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and procurement/RFP processes.
• Familiarity with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and Procore.
• Willingness to work up to 80% onsite and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery through planning, execution and closeout phases.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and track milestones.
• Lead project meetings, site visits, and communications with clients and vendors.
• Prepare closeout deliverables like as-builts and manuals.
• Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and bid activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site and report progress.
