Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager for fast‑track data center construction. You will oversee delivery, coordinate with clients and vendors, and lead teams to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in data center environments, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in data center construction environments.
• Experience leading large-scale $50M+ projects with mission-critical MEP infrastructure.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and ensure successful execution across assigned engagements (scope, schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction).
• Mentor and guide PMs, APMs, and coordinators to maintain delivery consistency and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors; manage risks and resolutions.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance across sites; coordinate complex technical execution.
