Job summary

JLL Senior Project Manager, Data Centers-Construction is a leadership role overseeing fast-track data center programs, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. You will drive risk mitigation, procurement, and contract execution across complex deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in data center PM, strong leadership, and expertise in scheduling, budgets, and stakeholder engagement. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of project management experience in data center construction environments, including leadership of complex infrastructure or capital projects.
• Proven experience leading large-scale ($50M+), technically complex projects with demanding schedules and mission critical MEP infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders within active operational environments.
• Experience managing project financials, procurement activities, and contract execution across complex project delivery models.
• Strong working knowledge of mission‑critical MEP systems, critical power/cooling infrastructure, and commissioning practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects within fast‑track, high‑pressure, or ambiguous delivery environments.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and successful execution across assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Generate solutions for project risks, escalations, and execution challenges through effective coordination and engagement of the appropriate support resources.
• Manage project planning, procurement, financials, and contract execution across fast‑track or phased delivery models.
• Maintain exemplary performance across all Project Manager responsibilities.
• Mentor and coordinate PMs, APMs, and Project Coordinators to maintain delivery consistency.
