Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee data-center engagements, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor peers, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure safety, compliance, and high-performance delivery across fast-track projects.

Candidates should have 7+ years in data center PM, large-scale $50M+ ventures, and strong MEP knowledge; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management in data center construction environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale ($50M+) mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing project financials, procurement, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, critical power/cooling, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate risks and escalations with supporting resources.
• Oversee procurement, financials, and contract execution for complex delivery models.
• Mentor and develop team; act as owner’s representative for tenant fit-outs.
