Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager forData Centers-Construction to lead fast-track data center projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating PMs, APMs, and coordinators across engagements.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in data center construction, strong stakeholder management, and advanced proficiency with PM tools. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering fields.
• 7+ years of PM experience in data center construction environments.
• Experience leading large-scale $50M+ projects with complex MEP infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing project financials, procurement, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of fast-track data center and mission-critical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide PMs, APMs, and coordinators to maintain delivery standards and governance.
• Build strong client, contractor, and vendor relationships; align stakeholders across engagements.
• Coordinate technical execution, safety, commissioning, and MOP development; manage risk and issues.
