Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Construction in Port Washington, WI to oversee multiple data center development projects from conception to commissioning. You will lead internal and external teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to design criteria.

The role requires extensive construction leadership experience, including CSA/MEP disciplines, and a track record of delivering complex data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• 10–12 years of management experience; 12–15 years preferred.
• Data center construction experience; CSA (civil/structural/architectural) and MEP knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of construction projects from master planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Prepare budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses; manage staffing and resources.
• Oversee vendor/contractor relationships; ensure compliance with design criteria, codes, and lease requirements.
• Support sales during customer engagements and align projects with leases and corporate objectives.
