Qualifications

• BS degree in CM or related field, with 2 years as Project Engineer.
• Experience in construction management, commercial building processes, and financial acumen.
• Experience on large data center projects preferred.
• PE and LEED designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Support RFP processes and coordinate equipment procurement.
• Assist in subcontractor scope development and coordination of trades.
• Oversee project controls, subcontract/purchasing agreements, and billing oversight.
• Prepare monthly project accounting reviews and maintain cost issue logs.
• Maintain drawings, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports; create site work plans.
• Create and publish Operations and Maintenance Manuals for clients.
• Coordinate safety plans with the Safety Team and uphold McKinstry safety standards.
