Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, proposals, estimates, and related documents.
• Experience reading and understanding contracts and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP and procurement processes.
• Track current and future jobs and assist with staffing projections.
• Coordinate equipment and materials procurement and subcontractor scope of work.
• Assist in development of monthly financial reporting and project closeout documentation.
• Coordinate field activities for self-performed and subcontracted work.
