Job summary

McKinstry in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction to oversee high‑complexity projects and client relationships, directing multiple Project Managers to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

You will lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, safety, and reporting, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. A strong background in data center builds and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management or related engineering field.
• 8-10 years of project management, engineering, or construction experience.
• Experience on large data center projects.
• Knowledge of construction management, building processes, means and methods, financial acumen, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closeout with plans, schedules, and scopes.
• Oversee resources, scheduling, and coordination across teams.
• Serve as main client contact and manage vendors and field personnel.
• Manage procurement, safety compliance, and risk for all project phases.
• Define responsibilities and ensure accurate business reporting.
