Job summary

McKinstry in Dallas, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead data center projects from design through completion, delivering safe, on-time and on-budget results with high client satisfaction. You will identify resources, develop plans and schedules, manage costs, and coordinate with general contractors, engineers and owners while safeguarding site safety and quality.

A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 5 years of PM/engineering/construction experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or SureTrak.

Responsibilities

• Identify required resources to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Communicate with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliance and cost control across projects.
• Assist business development in responses to proposals and bids.
