Job summary

McKinstry in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead data center innovations. You will develop strategies, set goals, and ensure delivery safely, on time, and on budget with high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing changes, and supervising project controls and reporting. A strong background in construction management and OSHA 30 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction is required.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• Experience with a General Contractor or major mechanical subcontractor preferred.
• PE, CPM, LEED designations are preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies, goals, and objectives for projects to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Identifies resources, creates schedules, and defines project responsibilities for teams.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor billing and change orders.
• Ensures on-site safety compliance and quality control across projects.
• Prepares and reviews client communications, submittals, and project closeout materials.
• Leads project controls, forecasting, and financial reporting to stakeholders.
