The role requires 8–10 years in project management or construction, a BA/BS in construction management or engineering, and proven experience on large data center projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management, engineering, or construction experience.
• Experience on large data center projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closeout with plans, schedules, and scopes.
• Oversee resources, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external teams.
• Maintain primary client contact and manage procurement, safety, and risk.
• Draft subcontracting and invoices, ensuring compliance and reporting.
• Coach and mentor project team members and maintain project staffing plans.
