Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join the Client Programs Market in multiple US offices. You will lead teams through design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration, ensuring schedules and budgets align with contracts and MG2 standards.

The role requires a degree in architecture, 8+ years' experience in a design firm, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration tools. Licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a license professional preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office; data center project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting work.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Manage client relationships and project communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee construction administration, RFIs, submittals, and QA/QC processes.
