Job summary

MG2 Design, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers to oversee programs across multiple US offices, including Phoenix. You will direct teams through all design and delivery phases, manage contracts, schedules, and budgets, and foster strong client relationships while maintaining MG2 standards of design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture/design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases and ensure deliverables meet contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place prior to executing contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing workplans.
• Create comprehensive Project Charters including a QA/QC plan for all project work.
• Assist with project proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor project financial status and perform interim reviews with Team Leads or PIC.
• Review monthly project invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project team meetings.
• Oversee Construction Administration activities including RFI/Submittal logs and OAC participation.
