MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join the Client Programs Market in US offices (e.g., Boston, Philadelphia, Seattle, Albany, Phoenix). Lead teams through design to construction, manage schedules, contracts, and client relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidate has a architecture degree, 8+ years’ experience, and experience with Data Centers; Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams are

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensed professional certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated expertise with Data Centers is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for written communications and instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place prior to execution of deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop comprehensive project charters and QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor financial status and perform reviews with leadership.
• Oversee invoicing, submittals, and project communications.
• Lead meetings and ensure proper documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Manage Construction Administration activities including RFI logs and site visits.
• Drive project close-out procedures and lessons learned.
