Job summary

MG2 Corporation, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market team in US offices, including Albany, NY. Lead projects from design through construction, managing schedules, budgets, and client relationships to uphold MG2’s design excellence.

Requirements include a architecture degree (BA/BS or MS), 8+ years in a design firm, licensure preferred, and strong Revit/AutoCAD/MS Office skills with collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a license professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases.
• Ensure contracts are in place before execution of deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop comprehensive Project Charters and QA/QC plans.
• Assist with development of proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor financial status and conduct interim reviews.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Oversee Construction Administration activities including RFI/Submittal logs.
