Job summary

MG2 Design is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers to lead client programs across the US from our offices. You will guide project teams through design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration, while managing schedules and budgets and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive architecture experience, licensure preferred, and proficiency with BIM and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensure as a professional architect preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office; familiarity with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place prior to contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed project charters with QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as needed.
• Monitor project financials and perform intermediate reviews with leaders.
