Job summary

MG2 Design, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager specialized in Data Centers to lead client programs across multiple US offices including Boston. You will guide teams through design, permitting, and construction with a strong focus on client relationships and project profitability.

The role requires 8+ years in architecture/design and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• License/certification preferred.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Familiarity with architectural contracts and contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before executing deliverables.
• Create milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed project charters with QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as needed.
• Monitor financial status and perform interim financial reviews.
