Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market in the US, including McLean, VA. You will lead project teams through all project phases, manage contracts, schedules, and budgets, and uphold MG2 standards while serving as the primary communications contact for clients.

Your responsibilities span coordinating design through construction administration, developing QA/QC plans, and fostering strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Professional expertise with Data Centers is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, and MG2 standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting execution of deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed project charters with QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor financial status and conduct intermediate reviews with leadership.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce and issue weekly project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Oversee Construction Administration and RFI/Submittal logs.
