Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers to lead multi-discipline teams across all design and delivery phases. You will drive contract management, design development, permitting, and construction administration while focusing on schedule adherence and project profitability.

The role requires extensive experience in data center projects, strong client-facing skills, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years in a professional architecture/design firm.
• Licensure preferred.
• Experience leading teams through milestone-based project delivery.
• Knowledge of architectural contracts and execution procedures.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Miro, Teams.
• Data Centers expertise is required.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases; ensure deliverables meet contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure contracts are in place before executing deliverables.
• Create milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop comprehensive project charters and QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor financial status; run interim reviews.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Prepare weekly project updates and stakeholder communications.
• Lead internal/external project meetings.
• Support QA/QC and construction administration activities.
• Oversee site visit reports and punch lists; ensure quality.
