Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market team in the US, including Albany, NY. A complete listing of our offices can be found on our site.

You will lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery, manage schedules and budgets, uphold MG2's design excellence, and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact for project communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• License professional certification preferred.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration tools Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Data Centers experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases and ensure deliverables meet contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure contracts are in place before executing deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop project charters and QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor financial status and perform interim reviews with leaders.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates and distribute to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and coordinate close-out procedures.
